Includes the Critical Success Factors (CSFs), Key Goal Indicators (KGIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), allowing, through the definition of an IT Balanced Scorecard, to establish relations between these indicators and the organization’s business goals. By supplying real values and target values for each indicator it can be assessed which objectives are being affected and by which indicators.

This module was originally developed by DEINSA from Costa Rica, being currently customized by Datasec to be used with COBIT.

    MEYCOR KP is a software specifically designed to develop, implement and host ISO Management Systems, particularly the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard. In addition to this, the product offers a wide range of uses, from hosting Quality and Environmental Management Systems, COBIT, and ITIL to the maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and Security Policies.
   

This software allows to perform a risk analysis for threats on the compliance of COBIT Control Objectives. Risks are defined as a non-compliance with established target levels for KPIs and KGIs. The analysis is performed taking into account risks probability and impact, offering both a qualitative approach to risk assessment where exposure levels can be set and a quantitative approach to ascertain monetary losses in assets.

This software allows the IT area to measure their management performance and set improvement benchmarks for each individual process. This product aims to develop the main tool included in the COBIT 4.0 Management Guidelines: the Maturity Model.

This software aims to optimize system auditing tasks through COBIT’s 3rd edition tools such as Control Objectives, Audit Guidelines and tool sets.  This module allows the management of auditing projects by defining the audit scope, type, auditor assignments and the analysis centers encompassed by the audit. A complete documentation of business processes, information requirements and IT resources can be performed for each analysis center, as well as assessing control objectives, documenting findings and issuing the appropriate recommendations.

This software allows to perform a diagnosis of the target organization regarding IT security, quality, efficiency and effectiveness based on the international COBIT Framework, 4.0 Edition. Besides the proposed COBIT controls, specific platform controls may be included, such as ORACLE, AS400, UNIX, Windows NT/2000, Data Warehouse, and Novell/Netware, as well as relevant standards for a COBIT implementation such as ISO 27001/ ISO 17799 and ISO 20000.
