CobiT Implementation Project in Scotland, UK Print
NHS Fife has incorporated several Meycor CobiT modules aimed to evaluate the current situation of their IT processes as well as their improvement option selection.
NHS Fife is the Public Health provider of one of the most populated regions in Scotland: Fife, which has over 350.000 people.

The NHS Fife IT Service area takes care of an important amount of users with different technological background.

It counts with two main departments; Service Delivery and Service Support. This organization has incorporated ITIL as a frame for best practices on their services.

A DATASEC consultant provided training recently for several days on Meycor CobiT Suite usage as an efficient support for CobiT implementation.

The organization has understood that CobiT is a framework that allows you to work together with already defined processes and attend other areas that are not covered by ITIL such as strategic planning and risk management, among others.

The activities of the first phase have already begun.

According to the IT personnel’s interest in both CobiT and Meycor CobiT Suite we predict great success on this important project, and we compromise ourselves to give them our full support.
